What is the promotional period?
The promotion runs from 00:00:01 on 01.09.2024 to 23:59:59 on 30.11.2024.

What are the eligibility requirements for the promotion?
The promotion is open to residents of the UK who are 18 years or older at the date of entry. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, as well as those professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

How can I enter the promotion?
You can enter the promotion by scanning the QR code or visiting www.twix.co.uk/music. Complete the online entry registration form with your full name, email address, postal address, and mobile number.

Can I enter the promotion multiple times?
You can enter the promotion once per day. Multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will not be accepted.

Can I win more than once?
Only one prize per person will be allowed and all wins will be verified.

What prizes are available in the promotion?
The prizes are 1 of 5 x Personalised Music Experiences for two people or 1 of 500 x JBL Go 4 speakers.

How are winners selected?
Prizes are pre-allocated via an open winning moments algorithm created by an independent third party. If your time of entry matches a guaranteed winning moment, you will be awarded the prize randomly pre-allocated to that moment by the independent third party.

How will the winners of Personalised Music Experiences for two people be contacted?
The winners of Personalised Music Experiences for two people will receive an instant notification on screen, then a follow up email from the prize fulfilment company within 7 days.

How will winners of the JBL speakers be contacted?
You will be notified instantly on screen and receive a follow up confirmation text (SMS) message to the mobile number provided upon entry, within 7 days.

How will the JBL Go 4 speaker be delivered?
Winners of the JBL Go 4 speakers will automatically be sent their prize via 48hr Royal Mail tracked service, to the address provided upon entry within 28 days of receiving their SMS notification.

Is there a cash alternative to the prizes?
No, there is no cash alternative to the prizes and they cannot be transferred or sold.

What will the information I have submitted be used for?
Your information will be used to fulfil this promotion and the delivery of your prize. Opt in information will be used to share personalised marketing offers from Twix and other Mars Wrigley brands via email and other electronic channels.
