These TWIX no-bake cheesecake bites are a “bone”-a fide crowd-pleasing Halloween treat that’s easy to make.
Ingredients
Crust
- 1/2 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Cheesecake
- 6 oz brick-style light cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup confectioners’ (icing) sugar
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp heavy or whipping (35%) cream
- 4 TWIX Caramel Fun Size Candy Bars, chopped
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips, melted
Instructions

1 Crust: Line 12 mini muffin cups with paper liners.

2 In small bowl, stir together cookie crumbs and butter until well coated.

3 Firmly press 1 tbsp cookie crumb mixture into each muffin liner. Freeze for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm and set.

4 Cheesecake: In medium bowl, using handheld electric mixer, beat together cream cheese and vanilla until light and fluffy.

5 Into small bowl, sift together confectioners’ sugar and cocoa powder.

6 Beat confectioners’ sugar mixture into cream cheese mixture until blended.

7 Into medium microwave-safe bowl, transfer dark chocolate. Pour cream over top. Microwave on MEDIUM heat, stirring every 30 seconds, for 2 to 3 minutes or until melted and smooth. Let cool for 5 minutes.

8 Beat chocolate mixture into cream cheese mixture. Fold in chopped TWIX Caramel Fun Size Candy Bars.

9 Spoon evenly over prepared crusts. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours or until firm and set.

10 Transfer melted white chocolate chips to piping bag fitted with small round tip.

11 Pipe facial features over top of each cheesecake to resemble a skeleton.

Tip Substitute white chocolate chips with white candy melts if desired.
